About Faith Restoration Ministries Clemson:

Dr. Oliver Myers and Rev. Donald Major organized the ministry in October 2015, in Clemson South Carolina.

Vision

A ministry called to build faith in the Body of Christ, to cause the Body to walk into full function of divine design.  It is our belief that God calls us, the Body- His Body- to live in a place of spiritual maturity that comes through study and application of The Word. We believe we are God’s agents of authority in the Earth with the specific task of conquering the kingdoms of this world.

We believe that we can conquer because we are victorious in Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit and supported by The Word.

We believe that every believer is given a measure of faith.  We embrace this journey in the calling of building the faith in the Body of Christ by creating an atmosphere through ministry whereby one is ushered into a place of renewed hope in God.

Mission

Teach- we teach the five fold ministry leaders, as well as musicians/ministers of music and psalmists, how to be more effective for the kingdom of God.  Draw out and use the gifts God has given the church more effectively.

Train- Training the next generation of ministers Equipping ministers and ministries to establish the kingdom of God in their lives as well as people’s lives (we must first be partakers).  We do this in power and love through the anointing of the Holy Spirit.  We help leaders and servants to change the world for the good with their God given gifts.

Council - We are called to come along side of one another. Counseling is one of the ways to do that. God will use us to help others succeed in their way, to walk according to His ways.   But, some may say, why a counselor?  It is to admonish, bear one another's burdens, build up, comfort, confess faults, encourage.  The intent is to help church leaders and workers to be more effective by receiving counseling.  There are those who would like to be trained as lay counselors in the normal course of ministry. This training is for the pastoral, lay, or peer counselor. Let us remember, however, that the ultimate counselor in a person's life is the Spirit of God
